Note to Parents

Insideadog is a website for young people. Some of the books recommended on this site are intended for older teenagers, and may contain material inappropriate or too challenging for younger children. We have tried to indicate this where possible, using an asterisk (*), or indicating suitability in the body of a review. However, reviews submitted by other young people may not contain this information.

We recommend that parents always talk to their children about what they're reading, and if they have any questions or concerns about the content.

All contributions to the website are moderated by State Library of Victoria staff before going live, and we are careful to remove any inappropriate content, or personal details. Whilst we ask for an email address when someone submits a review, this is for our purposes only (in case they win a competition), and we will not release any personal details to any third parties.
