I was eager to vote for "The Fault in Our Stars". The only book that's ever been able to make me laugh and cry at the same time(I have to admit, just like a maniac). If a book can make my emotions turn so quickly, make me enchanted by the poetry it has(the wisdom John Green can spurt is amazing), make me feel like I'm in the story, make me sob because of the speech Isaac makes about his friend, or the description of the pain he's going through, or make me laugh even when I'm mourning the loss of the character, then I know that this book is brilliant and deserves all the awards.

Can't decide between The Fault in Our Stars and A Monster Calls; they're both really good books but completely different!

Never fear Ambivalence, voting doesn't close until the 14th of October. So you might get a change to read one or two and have a vote! But you're right: there's always next year. Enjoy TFIOS

NUUUU! I really wish I could vote, but ... I simply haven't read the books, nor do I have access to most of them (though I'm reading The Fault in Our Stars now). Oh well. Perhaps next year :/ Good luck to all les authors x)
