Three reasons why you should go to Supanova in Sydney this weekend (15-17 June) or Perth next weekend (22-24 June):

• Meet the actors who bring our books to life (well, to the screen, anyway) - like Fullmetal Alchemist's Edward Elric or Harry Potter's Viktor Krum (video below).
   
• Meet the people who write the books and comics we love - like Christopher Paolini, Matthew Reilly, Marianne de Pierres, and our current Inside A Dog writer-in-residence Tom Taylor (if you see him, tell him Inky says "woof").
  In Sydney only there's also Michael Pryor, Garth Nix, and Kate Forsyth, while Perth has Juliet Marillier.
   
• Check out the many amazing exhibitors. We hear Penguin are giving away Vampire Academy badges, and maybe even some copies of the Inky-longlisted book Legend - check their blog for more info.
