I'm so excited!
Now, I'm not having a go at the wonderful people of Insideadog, but it is sometimes difficult to see when someone has made a comment [you have to click on Residence first and then navigate to 'comment', rather than it coming up on the Residence page itself].
Anyway, someone has made a comment! Here it is:
Dear Author
Thanks for your interesting, but very twisted and strange post. Though you may not help us discover how to get inside a dog, I'm sure you'll help us get inside the mind of a nutter. No offence, of course. (You can't help it.) As to your photo quiz, C is one of the living dead.
Yours faithfully, Dr Hackenbush.
I am thrilled that someone has read what I've written. Twisted and strange? I certainly hope so. The mind of a nutter? You are too kind, sir. In fact, I am so pleased, Dr Hackenbush, that I am prepared to have your babies.
By the way, the third instalment of the ghost story will be posted tomorrow...
Hi Jordi,
thanks for that. I reckoned you guys must be working on this but it's great to get confirmation. Thanks also for having me as writer-in-residence on The Dog. I am having so much fun.
Hi Barry,
We're not going to argue about the comments being difficult to see! We completely agree :) As sburstynki has already mentioned, it is on our to-do list... well, rather it is on our list of demands, and it is on the to-do list of the external site provider. We'll get there in the end!
Cheers,
Jordi
Sue,
how lovely for you to post and thanks so much for being a fan. And thanks also for the reassurance that people are, in fact, reading. Bill Condon told me the same, so I am starting to believe it.
Well, I did put in a comment a couple of days ago, but the moderrator doesn't seem to have put it on yet. I had a chat the other night with Heath, who said the Comments problem was on their to-do list. Meanwhile, please, please, Me/Miss Moderator, could you post my comment so this writer knows he isn't alone? :-)
Comments are a bit difficult to access here, aren't they? I found this when I was WIR last November. But people ARE reading, honest! My personal blog hits tripled after my stint here.
I am a fan of yours, by the way.
