I like the colour purple, books, my computer and iPod.

Tell us a bit about yourself:

Well…My name is Stefanie; I live in Sydney, New South Wales. I am currently in year 10 and having to do the School Certificate later in the year. I like books; you can always count on me being hidden away in the book area of each store. I also like my computer; it’s rare to see me without one or any sort of technology on me.

Your favourite book as a child?

The Harry Potter series along with the Roald Dahl books.

What's a book that made you cry?

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows made me cry, why must all the good characters die?!?

A book that made you laugh?

The latest one that made me laugh was, City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare, I was rolling around on my bed laughing.

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading Catching fire by Suzanne Collins, the second book in ‘The Hunger Games’ series.

Have you ever had a crush on a fictional character?

I’ve had plenty (enough to write an essay about it). Though, the top two are Adrian Ivashkov (Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead) and Jace Wayland (The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare).

What’s your favourite reading place?

My favourite place to read is in my room, either on the bed or sitting on my chair.

Who is the author you’d most like to meet? (Living or dead)

Well, I have already met Richelle Mead, so I would have to say J.K Rowling or Cassandra Clare.

Favourite book-to-film adaptation?

Oooh. It would have to be, of course, the Harry Potter books.

On a quiz show, your special subject would be:

My special subject would have to be Harry Potter.

And what are you generally doing when you're not reading?

When I am not reading, I am looking for more books to read, looking up random facts, playing some online game or going through blogs.
