RE: The Perks Of Being A Wallflower
I loved the Perks of Being A Wallflower, because I could relate to Charlie with a lot of the things he deals with throughout the book. Many of the things he says about friends, family, school are very true and it's almost as if he's inside your head. There were a lot of music references in this book. He talks about the bands he's been listening to, that's when he makes the mixed tape, which I liked, because a lot of those bands I also listened to. Patrick to me was the funniest character in the book, he was really hyporactive but then he could change into someone who's really serious. It's a really good book to read if you're in high school, because there are many things that happen to Charlie, that could be happening to you. It's nice to see how he figures them out.
