This book is about a girl called Nora Grey who lives in Coldwater, Maine. She is forced to sit next to a mysterious boy called Patch in her biology class. A lot of mysterious things happen around her, and she wants to know why.
The best thing about this book is the way the romance is written. It's not too 'out there', but it's just subtle enough for you to smile at it and say "Aawww,"
I didn't like the way it confused me. Were Dabria and Chauncey wearing the same thing when they attacked her at different times in the book? Was Chauncey in alliance with Dabria, or were they acting alone? It was quite confusing.
You might like this book if you also enjoyed 'Fallen' by Lauren Kate and other fallen angel-based books.
A good place to read this book would be some dark room with a pair of earphones, your favourite music and away from people who read over your shoulder. You need alone time to really get into this book.
If this book had a soundtrack, it would be dark at some points, but then flowing.
