This book is about absolutely nothing. Seriously. There is no plot. At best, it's about a girl, Bella, who wakes up every morning, brushes her hair, decides what to wear, eats cereal for breakfast, then goes to school, where she is completely dominated by the vampire Edward Cullen.
The best thing about this book is that it makes you laugh so hard.
I didn't like the way the female character, Bella, is completely helpless without the male character, Edward, and can't do a thing by herself. And the way she is clumsy beyond belief and how she thinks she's so plain but every girl in her school isn't as pretty as her eg. the girl 'with braces and a bad perm' and her 'friend' Jessica, who has such a 'plain name'. And if she's so plain, why is every boy trying to ask her out in the first two chapters?
You might like this book if you also enjoyed reading books about nothing. Or Stephanie Meyer's other book, The Host.
A good place to read this book would be a paper shredder
If this book had a soundtrack, it would be something with no substance, rather like the book.
