A good place to read this book would be A prison cell, would obviously be the best place to read it, but your bedroom would do just fine. Near a post or mailbox, would be great too.
If this book had a soundtrack, it would be This is a tricky question, as I don't usually read and listen to music as the lyrics interrupt my concentration, but Hospice by The Antlers would be good for the second half of the book. Something like Lily Allen's Alright, Still, would be awesome for the first.
