In this story a girl called Jenny buys a board game for her boyfriend’s party. Michael, Zach, Tom, Audrey, Dee, Summer and Jenny built a paper house, drew pictures of their faces on these dolls and placed them in the house for the game. They are soon in the board game. Jenny must find her friends throughout the house facing each other’s worst nightmare before the time runs out. But Julian the guy who sold Jenny the game, is there too and wants Jenny to come to the underworld. He’s messing with her life and her heart. Will they win the game or plunge to death?
The main characters are Michael, Zach, Tom, Audrey, Dee, Summer, Jenny and Julian. Jenny is sweet, nice and can be fierce. Dee is dangerous but has a sensitive side, Zach is the cool type and loves photography, Michael is not very bright but is creative, Tom is protective, fierce and kind, Summer is sensitive and sweet, Audrey loves fashion and always has to look good and Julian is evil, dangerous and can be romantic when he wants to.
My favourite parts are when they have to face their worst nightmares and when Julian appears and sweet talks Jenny. He always tries to kiss Jenny but she can’t resist.
If you like a bit of horror and romance then this is the type of book for you. It’s the type of book where when you get to a good part you just can’t stop reading. It’s a long book but has a lot of detail and it’s very interesting.
