The Tales of Beedle the Bard played a crucial role in assisting Harry, aided by his friends Ron and Hermione, to finally defeat Lord Voldemort. Here, fans have the opportunity to read the tales in full.

There are five tales included in the book: 'The Tale of the Three Brothers', which is recounted in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows; plus four more - 'The Fountain of Fair Fortune', 'The Warlock's Hairy Heart', 'The Wizard and the Hopping Pot', and 'Babbitty Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump'. Each tale has its own magical character and will variously bring delight, laughter and the thrill of mortal peril.

The Tales of Beedle the Bard, translated from the original runes by Hermione Granger, is introduced and illustrated by J. K. Rowling. Also included are notes on the stories by Professor Albus Dumbledore, which appear by generous permission of the Hogwarts Headmasters' Archive.

This book is alright. It is by JK Rowling and sort of relates to harry potter. This book has short stories,  one of the stories is the tale of the three brothers (that is the best one and the one that relates to harry potter)

harry potter fans will like this.

The Tales of Beedle the Bard was quite a good read! I thought these small tales were really cool, and I liked how each of them had a sort of moral to it. All together I would say it was a pretty good book.

The Tales of the Beedle Bard are really good, they are like wizarding fairy tales. J K Rowling actually illistrated it as well as writing it. The tales are a great accompaniment to the final Harry Potter book. I enjoyed reading this book.

The Tales of the Beedle and the Bard has five wizard fairy tales, this book has been referred to in the Harry Potter series (Harry Potter and thedeathly Hallows) and the story of the tree brothers turned out not to be such a story, but more a truthful recount of wizard history. This Book has five funny tales that you can read with or without reading or watching the Harry Potter series.
