2. Rock Monday - every Monday a rock band plays at Assembly.

Emma
My rule would be that every Friday afternoon would be ‘free your soul’ afternoon, and you had to spend it doing whatever you want, and only what you want (i.e. can not spend catching up on homework, unless of course that is your passion). I would spend it blowing massive bubbles, eating cake and flying kites on the oval…
Esther
On the last day of school, we have a massive bonfire and burn all the text books, do a warrior dance with paint stripes on our cheeks, then sit toasting marshmallows over the embers. Yum!
Pia
I would instigate a compulsory evacuation program on those sweet, droopy afternoons of late spring, when the big hand has lost its pulse and even the teacher is struggling to feign concern for the theorems of Pythagoras.
Immediately suspend academic thought. Proceed as a class to the lushest, squishiest patch of lawn in the grounds and become languid lizards in the grass. Let the tickle of sunshine sweep up your skin, and close your eyes. The next hour is yours to daydream about boys and Caramello Koalas, while the imprint of a thousand blades of juicy green grass tattoos itself onto the backs of your legs.
Congratulations! You guys can all expect books in the mail soon.
